Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posto fantastico curato in ogni dettaglio. Accoglienza da veri professionisti ma pieni di calore umano!

Siamo stati solo una notte in tre; io, mio marito e la nostra bimba di 6 anni. La posizione centralissima, a due passi da tutti i locali di Trastevere.
La stanza nuova, con arredi molto rilassanti e in linea con il nostro gusto e una toilette per i trucchi che io e la mia bimba abbiamo adorato.
La colazione super abbondante e colorata ha incorniciato il nostro soggiorno. Super consigliata e ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie a Francesca e ai suoi simpatici genitori

Staying at Francesca’s place was amazing. Great location - Trastevere area is amazing and beautiful (the best area to stay in Rome). The place is new, very clean and nice. What is not so common in Rome, you can eat tasty breakfast here (even gluten free!). So it’s gluten free and allergies friendly.
We’ve met Fransesca and her parents - they are very nice, kind and helpful - simply Italian hospitality. They even bought gluten free food for me for breakfast and made some research of the gf restaurants in the area.
I really recommend this place!
Will stay here when next time in Rome 🙂

PS. There is a nice bar and craft beer (and wine) shop just nearby.

  Francescas beautiful apartment in the heart of rome was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet, super clean, tidy and in a nice and clean design! She was very very friendly and helpful and we will for sure book her place again when being in Rome! 100% recommendable!

Great location in Transverse. Close to the restaurants area, but far enough to be quite and calm. Easy access to the transportation service.
Francesca and her mom were always very kind and highly responsive to our requests and doubts.
The room was very comfortable, with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. All the space is new and well decorated, with attention to detail. Great breakfast.

  Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento!!!! especialmente por la excelente atención recibida por parte de sus dueños, por la ubicación que se encotraba muy próxima a la zona de restaurantes y bares (que era justamente lo que buscábamos), por el exquisito desayuno que tomábamos a diario con tan ricas cosas caseras y por el tan buen gusto en cada detalle de la decoración del B&B que hizo la estadía allí fuera tan exquisita!

  This was a great stay. The place is newly renovated and as beautiful as the pictures. Biggest shower we had in all of Italy 🙂 location is great you can easily walk to great spots. Would definitely stay again!

  Francesca’s place is very stylish and clean! The breakfast was delicious including pastries, yoghurt, cakes, fruit, meat, cheese and cereal. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a tv in our room with access to netflix! The bathroom was clean and the shower was great! Francesca recommended a place for dinner and it was very lovely! The building of the apartment looked a little old and the walls smelt of smoke, however, once you are inside the Airbnb it is very beautiful, cozy and clean and you can no longer smell it. Would highly recommend!!

  El alojamiento de Francesca es increíble 🙂 Súper limpio, decorado con gusto, cómodo y muy bien situado, en el Trastevere, pero justo en una zona tranquila, para descansar sin los ruidos de la calle. El proceso de llegada súper fácil y rápido. El desayuno casero que preparan cada mañana, inmejorable. Prácticamente inauguramos el alojamiento y todo estaba perfecto: la cama súper cómoda, el baño con todo lo necesario. Sin duda, ¡repetiría!

  Francesca's place far exceeded our expectations - wonderful location, so clean and fresh and fabulous thoughtful touches, especially the breakfast! Unfortunately we did not meet Francesca, but her mum and dad were so friendly, generous and hospitable, they honestly couldn't do enough to make our stay so comfortable. If you are heading to Rome, do not think twice, book this place! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer, but definitely hope to be back again soon! Thank you Francesca!

  We had an amazing stay at Francesca's apartment. It is in a good location, the No 8 tram is a few minutes walk away and took us straight to the centre; the Trastevere area has many restaurants, something for everyone, there are also many small corner shops and a small supermarket 5 minutes away.
Francesca and her family have done an amazing job renovating the entire apartment, to such a high standard and a lot of thought has gone into the design and detail. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Francesca and her mother were on hand for anything we needed and were the perfect hosts.
Most of all we loved the breakfast, especially as this is not always available at other places we have stayed, many of the cakes and desserts were baked by Francesca and her mother, which we really appreciated and was such a nice touch. Thank you again Francesca and mother, we wish you every success in the future!

  La posizione è perfetta. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trastevere, quartiere molto vivace. Ben servito anche dai mezzi per arrivare in pochi minuti nel vero e proprio centro turistico di Roma. Francesca poi è un host perfetto. Gentile, disponibile e prepara delle buonissime colazioni! Ambiente nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Insomma tutto ottimo, consigliatissimo.
